My name is Christopher Tarantino, and I am seeking your vote on February 13, 2024, for District 5 to the seat of Prattville City Council.

I am a military veteran with over 17 years of service in the United States Air Force and currently continuing service in the National Guard. My decision to make Prattville our home and raise a family here, stems from the family values and atmosphere we cherish in town, having relocated from full-time military service to the area 7 years ago.

I aim to collaborate with the existing council, bringing forth ideas to distinguish our town and ensure its success in the future. Listening to residents of all ages is integral to my approach, as I strive to better understand and enhance our district, consequently benefiting the entire town. My goal will always be to listen to the residents of District 5 first.

Transparency is paramount, emphasizing honesty and accessible information.

Integrity guides my commitment to serving the public interest before personal gain, prioritizing the well-being of citizens.

Innovation drives my advocacy for new ideas, technology/funding for first responders and educators, and positioning Prattville for a prosperous future.

Infrastructure Development - prioritize upgrading and maintaining infrastructure. Additionally, I am committed to ongoing improvements in parks and recreational facilities, including dog parks, reflecting our family's love and concern for animals.

Fiscal responsibility - ensuring efficient use of public funds and accountability with taxpayer money.
